Job Description
We seek an experienced Chief of Party to lead a multi-year development program, providing strategic direction and ensuring high-quality, compliant implementation. The COP will oversee project delivery, manage budgets and donor relations, supervise technical reporting, and build and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior management experience in international development, proven financial and stakeholder-management skills, demonstrated success with donor reporting, and excellent written and oral communication. The role requires readiness to travel, the ability to perform under pressure, and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
