Job Description
Kidan Global is in search of a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the construction industry’s financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial risks and establish strong internal controls.
- Lead audit processes and provide guidance to the finance team.
Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification; Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; a minimum of 7 years in finance-related positions.
