Job Description
We are seeking a professional Chef to lead kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and supervision of kitchen staff. The Chef will uphold high culinary standards, maintain sanitation, manage inventory, and collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus.
- Responsibilities: prepare and present high-quality dishes, enforce food-safety protocols, train and schedule staff, and monitor portioning and costs.
- Qualifications: culinary training or equivalent experience, strong leadership, creativity, excellent time-management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of food safety regulations are preferred.
