Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Chef to manage kitchen operations in Oniru, Victoria Island. Salary ₦100,00–₦200,00/month; six days per week; immediate start.
- Responsibilities: Prepare dishes to recipe, maintain quality and portion control, plan menus, manage inventory, uphold hygiene and equipment upkeep, minimize waste, ensure food safety, and coordinate kitchen staff.
- Requirements: Proven restaurant or hotel chef experience, strong food preparation and hygiene knowledge, creativity, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
