Job Description
Odixcity Consulting is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to manage live chat and messaging interactions. You will provide accurate, real-time troubleshooting, maintain a professional and empathetic tone, handle multiple chats concurrently, document conversations, follow established scripts, and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of chat or online customer support experience
- Excellent written communication and fast, accurate typing
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability for scheduled shifts
Salary: N500,00/month (non-negotiable).
