Job Description
GVA Partners is seeking a competent Change Manager to enhance our business processes and organizational structure for improved efficiency and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in change management, especially within IT projects in the financial services sector. Responsibilities include collaborating with management, preparing change strategies, evaluating costs, and managing employee resistance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, proficiency in analytics and spreadsheet software, and excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities are also essential.
