Job Description
Khenpro Global Services, a leading human capital organization based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking to hire a dedicated Cashier / Customer Service Officer for our client in Gbagada, Lagos. This full-time position is essential in managing customer transactions and enhancing overall service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Ensuring accurate pricing and issuing receipts.
- Resolving customer complaints and providing support.
- Cross-selling products and tracking transactions.
Qualifications: SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc. Experience as a Retail Cashier is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills are required.
