Job Description
Diakonie Ruhr, a premier organization in the social services sector, is actively seeking dedicated caregivers to become part of our team. With a portfolio of over 60 services and a workforce of 3,00 employees, we specialize in a wide range of areas including elderly care, support for individuals with disabilities, addiction recovery, refugee assistance, homelessness support, and child and youth services.
We are specifically looking for caregivers to offer individualized and group support to individuals with dementia. Ideal applicants will have completed training in accordance with § 53c SGB XI, demonstrate exceptional empathy, and exhibit strong reliability and teamwork skills.
