Job Description
TopHire Africa is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Hausa-speaking Contact Center Agent (CCA) to deliver outstanding service by effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns in both Hausa and English. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, logging interactions accurately, and meeting quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications.
- Respond to inquiries in Hausa and English.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Accurately log all customer interactions.
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- B.Sc degree (preferably Second Class Lower – 2:2).
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
- Strong communication skills in Hausa and English.
Salary: N110,00 / Month.
