Apothems Nigeria Limited is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide essential information regarding our products and services. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, patience, and a strong commitment to fostering positive customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include answering customer calls, delivering accurate information, resolving complaints, processing orders, and maintaining comprehensive records. Applicants must possess an OND and have 0-1 year of relevant experience.
