Job Description

A Revolutionary Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Call Centre Officer located in Abuja (FCT).

Role Purpose: Lead call centre operations to efficiently resolve inquiries with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train team members for high-quality service.
  • Oversee processes for prompt issue resolution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make improvements.
  • Develop resources to standardize responses.

Person Specification:

  • 5+ years in call centre management, ideally in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
