Job Description
KNN Corporate Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team located in Victoria Island, Lagos. With over three decades of experience in corporate governance and HR consulting, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Aim to meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND / OND qualification.
Salary: N140,00 – N150,00 monthly.
