Job Description
DelonApps is excited to announce openings for Call Center Agents in Ipaja, Lagos, and Ibara, Abeokuta, for a leading financial company in Nigeria. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND, and 0-6 months of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in at least one indigenous language is required. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, and resolving complaints effectively.
