Job Description
We seek an experienced leader to oversee the Printing & Packaging Business Unit, responsible for strategy, P&L, operations, sales, and client relationships. You will drive profitable growth through market development, product innovation, cost control, and operational excellence across printing, packaging design, production, and supply chain.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Optimize processes, manage complex projects, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, a commercial mindset, and proven leadership in printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
