Job Description
Dunn and Braxton seeks an experienced Business Unit Head to lead Printing & Packaging operations, sales, and product development. You will define strategy, manage P&L, optimize production and capacity, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams; oversee capacity planning, cost control, vendor and key account management.
- Champion process improvements, operational excellence, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
- Deliver consistent margins and on-time delivery while building commercial partnerships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 8+ years in printing/packaging with 3+ years in leadership, strong commercial acumen, negotiation and analytical skills, and proven track record in margins and delivery.
