Job Description
Signature Africa is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Lagos on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our products and services while providing outstanding customer support and account management.
Responsibilities include:
- Introducing our products to new customers and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and effectively managing client accounts.
- Deploying hardware for newly onboarded customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement of OND.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
