Job Description
Location: Remote (Africa-based with global experience preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time/Contract (Can become full-time)
Objective: To establish and track SOPs, KPIs, and performance systems for scalability and excellence across Zain Garment Factory, Zain Stores, and Eartco Logistics.
Key Responsibilities: Design SOPs, develop custom KPI dashboards, train teams, conduct performance audits, and advise operations growth strategies.
Requirements: 5+ years in business operations, strong background in African markets, experience with tools like Google Sheets and Asana, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month, negotiable based on experience.
