Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks a full-time Business Operations Manager to oversee event and gifting operations on Lagos Island. You will streamline processes, lead and motivate staff, and ensure seamless service delivery, packaging, and event execution. Core responsibilities include driving daily sales, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, setting strategic objectives, analyzing financials, managing budgets and KPIs, recruiting and training staff, and improving customer retention.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; strong MS Word/Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with digital tools and social media; minimum 3 years in operations or team leadership. Sales and marketing experience in SMEs preferred.
- Compensation: ₦250,00 per month. Full-time.
