In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing staff performance and ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of gas products. You will also oversee customer service operations to maintain high satisfaction levels, accurately track inventory, and prepare comprehensive sales and expense reports.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising the maintenance and safety standards of gas equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulations, assisting in recruitment and training efforts, and developing effective strategies for customer retention and business growth.
