Job Description
HR on Wheels, an innovative all-in-one professional services platform that connects SMEs with service providers, is seeking a qualified Business Manager. This role is pivotal for driving the commercial success and growth strategy of a new B2B product.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability, developing go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and designing effective customer engagement processes.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of the SME market, exceptional leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
