Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Manager for a Lekki beauty spa, offering ₦250,00/month. You will support the CEO in strategy execution and oversee daily operations, vendor and facility management, HR (recruitment, onboarding, and exits), staff coaching, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and sales/business development.
- Minimum 3+ years managerial experience (beauty or wellness preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and marketing/sales skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; excellent communication
