Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Manager to oversee our salon operations while also supporting our manufacturing division as necessary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing initiatives to enhance revenue growth, managing client appointments, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing quality control, staff discipline, and coordinating attendance. You will also participate in scheduled performance reviews and ensure adherence to organizational standards. Additionally, content creation and attending events with the founder will be integral parts of your role.
