Job Description
COURIERPLUS is looking for a motivated Business Manager to enhance sales growth and oversee client relationships within our Express Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client partnerships, and leading and mentoring our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Lead and provide mentorship to the sales teams.
- Analyze sales data and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales management, preferably in logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
