Job Description
Department: Asset Finance SBU
Reports To: Chief Business Development & Innovations Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,00 – ₦350,00 per month
We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to spearhead our Asset Finance Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue growth with a quarterly loan disbursement target of NGN 500 million. This role includes supervising Customer Relationship Officers while ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies for asset finance
- Structure and negotiate asset finance agreements
- Oversee Customer Relationship Officers
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position, along with robust leadership and negotiation capabilities.
