Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships to enhance satisfaction, developing and executing comprehensive business plans in collaboration with marketing teams, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives while mentoring junior staff members.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, alongside experience in sales or business development, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
