Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to enhance loan portfolio growth, attract new clientele, and foster exceptional client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess experience in microfinance sales and customer acquisition within Nigeria’s financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients for various financial products, conduct comprehensive market surveys, assess customer needs, prepare loan applications, and devise effective sales strategies to achieve goals.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field, 0–3 years of pertinent experience, robust knowledge of microfinance, and superior communication skills.
