Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time role based in Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Salary: ₦150,00–₦250,00 plus commission.
Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and establishing partnerships with airlines, hotels, embassies, corporations, schools, and government MDAs. Represent the company at meetings, bids, trade shows, and industry events; prepare proposals; lead negotiations; and work with marketing to acquire clients.
Requirements: 3–5 years in business development, sales, or corporate marketing (travel sector preferred); strong corporate/government network; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proactive and target-driven.
