Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong networking and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prequalify potential customers for project bidding.
- Develop and negotiate contracts.
- Provide market insights for project enhancements.
- Ensure performance for existing contracts.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in technical sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical background in drilling or completions.
Salary: N1,00,00 – N1,500,00/month.
