Job Description
SmartTeller is actively seeking a full-time Business Development Manager based in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising and executing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in business development, sales, marketing, client relationship management, negotiation, strategic planning, and market research. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are crucial, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams. A successful track record of surpassing sales targets, along with experience in the fintech sector, will be considered a significant advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
