Job Description
Fave Consulting is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in our HR and compliance services. You will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with high-value clients, and enhance revenue streams.
Key responsibilities include developing client acquisition strategies, conducting market research, and representing Fave Consulting at industry events. We expect at least 5 years of business development or sales experience, strong HR knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. Salary ranges from N250,00 to N350,00 monthly.
