Job Description
Broadshift Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will unlock the full potential of our sales team by developing strategic plans and presenting them to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Analyze sales metrics to discover new opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and outcomes.
- Identify and assess market trends and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
