Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Whip-smart Service Providers is on the lookout for a driven Business Development Executive who can identify growth opportunities and foster strong client relationships. This position is perfect for a proactive candidate with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for business development.
The key responsibilities include pursuing new business initiatives, managing existing client relationships, promoting HR solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and participating in networking events.
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2 to 4 years of experience in business development (preferably in HR), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
