Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development and Partnerships Executive to accelerate revenue growth and establish strategic alliances. You will identify new market opportunities, cultivate and maintain partner relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the sales pipeline and key accounts. Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop proposals and go‑to‑market plans. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales or partnerships experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a proven ability to close deals. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven reporting is preferred. This role suits a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and can translate strategic objectives into measurable results.
