Job Description
We seek a full‑time Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and propose data‑driven solutions. Acting as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will elicit and document requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, support user acceptance testing, and monitor implementation to ensure successful delivery.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, proven business analysis experience
- Skills: strong analytical and communication abilities, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, documentation proficiency (BRD, FRD, process maps), and data analysis
- Methodologies: experience with Agile or Waterfall is a plus
