Bay Creative Technologies and Services is in search of a skilled Building Engineer to oversee a residential construction project from start to finish. This position requires hands-on management and technical proficiency to ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the construction process.
- Coordinate activities among subcontractors, workers, and materials on-site.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in residential construction.
- A degree in Building or Civil Engineering.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
