Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Support Officer to ensure efficient branch operations, support customer service, manage administrative duties, assist with cash control, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with headquarters, prepare operational reports, train staff, and resolve day-to-day issues to sustain service quality. Candidates should hold an associate degree or diploma and have 1–3 years’ experience in banking or retail operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, reliability, customer focus, and the ability to perform under pressure are required.
