Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Branch Support Officer to maintain efficient branch operations, assist customers, and support the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include transaction processing, administrative coordination, inventory and facilities assistance, staff scheduling support, and preparing routine reports to enhance service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or banking support
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
