Job Description
Alert Microfinance Bank is seeking a motivated and skilled Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. Responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Supervision: Manage and motivate employees to achieve high performance.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and meet financial targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service and maintain positive client relationships.
