Job Description

ChairRockaServices is seeking a full-time Boutique Supervisor to lead a team and manage daily boutique operations while ensuring outstanding customer service. The position involves handling escalations, training and mentoring staff, and assisting with inventory control and merchandising. Salary starts at ₦150,00 per month.

  • Key responsibilities: supervise boutique staff, maintain service standards, resolve customer complaints, and support stock and visual merchandising.
  • Qualifications: National Diploma and prior supervisory or retail customer service experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
