Job Description
We are seeking disciplined, physically fit Bouncers to maintain the safety of guests, staff, and property at New Iceland Beach. This full-time position involves controlling access and crowd flow at entrances, bars, lounges, and events; detecting and de‑escalating conflicts; assisting in emergencies; enforcing beach rules; and submitting clear incident reports.
- Requirements: SSCE or equivalent; prior bouncer or security experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong physical presence, excellent communication, calmness under pressure, and high trustworthiness.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to perform in high‑energy environments.
