Job Description
Livin Spaces is on the lookout for a meticulous Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional accounting abilities coupled with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing supplier accounts
- Generating and dispatching invoices
- Evaluating employee expense reports
- Preparing payment runs
- Managing project budgets
- Ensuring effective credit control
- Conducting bank reconciliations and managing supplier statements
- Handling payroll processing
- Compiling tax reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Sage accounting software is advantageous
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred
