Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bole Chef to prepare traditional grilled dishes, including plantain, yam, and fish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cooking area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, as well as preparing ingredients efficiently.
Qualifications include prior experience as a bole vendor or grilled food cook, a genuine passion for Nigerian street food, exceptional grilling skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.
