Job Description
We are seeking a Board Governance Training Consultant to design and deliver tailored capacity-building for boards and senior leadership, strengthening oversight, strategic decision-making, and fiduciary practices.
- Assess governance needs and develop curricula, materials, and practical tools.
- Facilitate workshops, board retreats, and individual coaching for directors and executives.
- Advise on governance policies, performance monitoring, and implementation of best practices.
Qualifications: proven experience in corporate or nonprofit governance, adult learning and facilitation expertise, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate best practices into actionable tools.
