Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. The role involves preparing and issuing accurate invoices, following up on overdue accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with sales and finance to ensure timely collections. This position supports month-end close activities and audit requests, and reports to the Finance Manager.

  • Requirements: 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience and strong Excel and billing system skills
  • Skills: excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
