Job Description

In this role, you will:
- Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Effectively resolve customer issues while escalating more complex matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Applicants should hold an HND or B.Sc degree and be 26 years of age or younger. We offer a competitive monthly salary of N213,00, along with comprehensive HMO, pension, and additional benefits.
