Job Description
We invite you to become a Barman at Hostellerie Briqueterie & Spa, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service. Collaborating closely with the Bar Manager and the Restaurant and Hall teams, your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining efficient bar operations. You will uphold cleanliness throughout the terrace and lounge areas while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. Additionally, you will handle Room Service requests and prepare snacks according to the chef’s specifications, all while showcasing your cocktail expertise and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
