Job Description
Job Junction Solutions is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Barbecue and Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team on Lagos Mainland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the head chef and grill master to prepare, grill, and serve high-quality barbecue dishes while providing essential support in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and grilling of meats
- Marinate and season meats effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Support the preparation of side dishes and sauces
- Monitor and manage food inventory
- Adhere to food safety regulations
Requirements: Previous experience is an advantage; candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
