Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Banking Officer Team Lead to join our thriving team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a dedicated team of Business Banking Officers focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with SME and corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include driving the growth of our loan portfolio, fostering robust client relationships, and ensuring portfolio compliance with quality standards.
To qualify, candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business or SME banking, strong familiarity with the Victoria Island to Lekki markets, and proven mentoring abilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ₦300,00.00 per month.
