Job Description
Mactay Consulting is partnering with a leading Commercial Bank to recruit for the position of Agent – Banking Field Force. This is a full-time role located in both Lagos Mainland and Island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a target market list.
- Expand the bank’s agents network.
- Address inquiries and resolve agents’ issues.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Ensure adequate funding of accounts.
- Enroll customers on wallets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc or HND degree required.
- Strong sales inclination.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
Monthly Salary: N116,00 (net) plus benefits.
