Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring product quality, and enhancing overall efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in supervising staff, upholding productivity, and maintaining employee morale.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the bakery, from baking and inventory management to staff training and customer service. You will also be tasked with ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective inventory control.
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and extensive knowledge of baking techniques. A culinary degree is preferred. This full-time position offers a monthly salary range of ₦180,00.00 to ₦200,00.00.
